S21 Plus screen ??

Hey guys I recently switched from
Xiaomi Mi 10 to S21 Plus
The screen font looks a bit fuzzy , Although I'm on the latest software update + Reduce transparency and blur is enabled 
It gives me headache after 5min looking at it ,I don't know what's wrong
I didn't experience that in the Mi 10
Has anyone of you faced that ?

You remembered to remove the plastic shipping protection from the screen? 

Check in Settings > Display & what is the screen resolution set to? I always use the Max resolution & don't really care about the screen refresh rate.
