S21 Ultra Divergent RAM Info

Allright guys moving forward, why my S21 Ultra 512GB shows different RAM capacity??

The same problem i have also with my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G the last 10 months.
All Applications and OS are Update.

It is. Indeed it should have 16GB RAM because it is 512GB SSD. But why Samsung official APP shows 12GB?? How can I check in the end of the day how many RAM do I have?

Hmm not sure, I'm sure it's just a software bug though, I wouldn't worry about it too much.

There has been reports last year with the S20 Ultra 512gb models showing incorrect ram info.

Hi, Please perform Clear cache and Data for Device care. Open settings >> Apps >> Tap three dots at the top right >> Show system apps >> Device Care >> Storage, clear cache, Clear data.

Hi! How I have reported before, Device Care is showing right 16GB RAM. The problem is The Samsung Members APP >> Get Help >> Phone Care >> Clean memory. There shows 12GB RAM.

Discrepancy is there. I've installed CPU-Z and it says 16GB RAM.

So...it is as problem with SAMMY APP. I'm conformed I have 16GB
