You are talking about one phone.
Have you taken any steps to figure out what is going on with your phone?
Wiping Cache? Clearing data? Safe Mode? Factory Reset? Visited a Samsung Service Centre?
At least one of those would likely resolve the issues with YOUR phone.

Galaxy SHi, I request you to please "Back up" the data and perform Factory reset on the device by using the below links and check.
Open settings>>General management>>Reset>>Factory reset.
If your phone is still having issue after performing a reset, please visit a Samsung authorized service center.
