s22+ return with broken box

I am going to return the opened s22+, I have a question, when I opened the box, I damaged the box at the sticker position because the box material makes it impossible for me to remove the sticker without breaking the box, will this cause the return failure or be claimed? And, should I need to stick the removed protective film back on before I ship it?

No, I can't imagine that the damaged box would prevent the return.

As for the plastic film, I wouldn't worry about it either.

When I tried to check with them if they knew I was requesting a opened return, they just repeated that they would send me a shipping label next, so I think they allowed me to return with the opened confirmation. At least I made it clear when I requested the return that I had it open, and they agreed to the return request and said no restocking fee.

It doesn't matter if the box was opened.
