Galaxy SIt's more likely that when you saw 5% it actually wasn't at 5%
Sometimes the battery measurement may occasionally be "stuck".
You could always try Booting into Recovery & Wiping Cache.
If you haven't Factory Reset your device since the last Android version update, you could always do that.

Galaxy SUsing Smart Switch to backup your device, a Factory Reset doesn't actually take that long. I've got around half a dozen apps that require adb to work properly, but even still, my device is back to how I want it relatively soon.
The benefits of performing a Factory Reset, definitely outweigh the the "inconvenience".

Galaxy SHey jOn, not sure if you're willing to compromise on some settings, but I made a video about how to increase the battery life on the S22 Ultra. Can share with you if you're interested. Of course, you have a high end phone and you paid for high end features, so it'll be up to you on which settings you're willing to turn off to extend battery life if necessary.

Galaxy SHi, please try the steps by RedDogRabbit to perform wipe cache partition and check if it helps to solve the issue.
Below are the steps to perform wipe cache partition.
1.Turn off the unit.
2.Press and hold the volume up button and press and hold the on/off button. When the Android logo is displayed, release all keys ("Installing system update" is displayed before displaying the Android system recovery menu options).
3.Press the volume down key repeatedly to highlight "wipe cache partition".
4.Press the Power key to select. Press the Volume Down button to highlight "Yes" and press the Power button to select. When the wiping of the cache partition is completed, "Reboot System Now" is highlighted.
5.Press the Power button to reboot the unit.
Even after performing the above steps if your issue is not resolved, please perform back up and factory reset by following the steps in the given links.
