Does anyone know how long does it take for a phone to arrive after the status updated preparing dispatch?
My status updated on 23rd March around 10 am. I am still waiting for the next update (shipping details). I am going on a vacation for a few weeks on 31st March. Any chances for me to get it before it?
Hi darsh09, Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping email from us, containing your tracking information and the expected date of arrival. Our email team will be reaching out over the next few days with an expected shipping date. Please wait until you hear from them and again we do thank you for your patience.
Thanks for your reply. It would be great if you could do anything to expedite the process or at least let me know in the next 24-48 hours if I am going to get the delivery before 31st as I am leaving the country and have no one here to pick it up for me. It will help me in taking a right decision on right time. Appreciate your help!!
I had a chat with their CSR and he mentioned this: I would like to inform you that the production of your order has been completed and it has also been reached to Canada, please be assured you will receive the delivery in the next week. Once it is shipped you will receive an email along with the tracking number and the exact delivery date.
