Looks like the Download Mode colours, (more teal than blue), but not download mode..

I'd start with just trying to Power off & on.

You can Power it OFF?

If you can, Boot into Recovery & Factory Reset.

To Factory Reset > Power Off the device.

Wait a couple of seconds & then Press & HOLD Power + Volume UP > Wait a couple of seconds until you feel the phone Vibrate & Release BOTH buttons SIMULTANEOUSLY. Wait a couple of seconds until you see the Recovery Menu & Use the Volume Button to Scroll Down to Wipe Data Factory Reset & Select with the Power button.

Wait a minute or so, until the phone Boots to the Welcome Screen.

Unfortunately you won't have the opportunity to Backup, so hopefully you have a recent Backup.

If this doesn't work (I think that it should, unless there's some physical or hardware damage), last resort is to visit a Samsung Service Centre to get it checked out by a tech.

Did you use Odin to flash firmware and screw something up? That's what it looks like
