S23 March Security Update delayed?

Has anyone received their March security update yet for Galaxy S23? Just curious if my carrier is just delayed or I need to do a factory reset. Thanks!

The S22 hasn't received it either but other Samsung models, like the S21, have.

I've received update on my S23 Ultra, but now I can't connect to any apps or games that I can use with WIFI gives me network error. Never had a problem before then.  Now I have to use up my data if I want to use those apps.

On Virgin, haven't gotten the March update yet.

After talking to Virgin support their stance was "it's out of their concern" so maybe Samsung needs to step in when it comes to these carriers not providing the full expectations people buy these phones under.
