I bought a new Galaxy S23 Ultra. And it won't connect to my Nintendo Switch. Shannon (chat id : #95870236) suggested that I clear my partition cache. I've done that. I've reinstalled Pokémon Go three times. It still won't connect. Yet it connects with my old Galaxy Note 10+ and IPad. Anyone have any ideas? Did I forget to turn on an option? And yes. Bluetooth is on.

Three S23 Plus phones with three Pokemon Go accounts, none can pair with the Nintendo Switch Violet.  Phones are on Android 13 with May 1, 2023 security patch, Pokemon Go app is at 0.269.2-G64, and Switch is at 16.0.3.

Don't have any other Bluetooth issues, even able to use the Pokemon Go Plus via the Megacom Catchmon X without any problems.

Can confirm this.

Also, Push notifications as well; neither the Go/Switch connection or Push notifications work on my S23U, (Android 13), however they do on my S10+ (12), and Tab S7+ (13), the Go Plus seems to work on the new device as expected.

It seems to be the app not being updated for newer devices IMHO, (additionally, the app still hasn't been updated to facilitate the new app permissions on Android 13.

Standard copy/paste responses from Niantic and have tested on both the Google and Samsung versions of Go.

Just had to look up why my Nintendo switch wouldn't connect to my S23 Ultra, and this has been a problem for months I see and still no fix

so is it a problem with all samsung s23 ultra? I had the same problem with an s20 ultra and I was never able to connect it but I think that it did have problems with bluetooth and it didn't detect it in time

I am having the same issue with my Samadung Galaxy Flip 4, I reached out to the support on Pogo and am waiting to hear back.
