When I go on Google it says to go in phone app, the three dots and settings. Then, video calling option but for me that's not there.. I tried looking everywhere but I found nothing only the video calling effects. Can someone help me? (I also tried factory resetting and nothing happened) I have a s23 and I'm with koodo.

After you input the phone number, do you have the video call icon?20241123_183146_1000039845_1732411906.jpg

Try go to contact, lookup the person, on the right hand bottom corner, click 3 dots, then click Select Video Call method. Are you able to select different video call method there?1732412624649.jpg

Maybe you need to check with your carrier since video call is carrier feature. From your screenshot, you only have google meet. So you are missing video call from your carrier.

Have you tried only of these?

1. Check for software updates

2. Clear the Phone app's cache and data

3. Restart your phone

4. Disable/re-enable video calling settings

If none of those work, you should probably contact Koodo support.

Hi Blake1351,

Sorry to hear this issue from you and appreciate your efforts in trying all the possible troubleshooting steps.

As adviced by Tallman, please contact your carrier to confirm that VoLTE and Video Calling are enabled on your account. You may need to have them provision the feature.

Thank you.
