Galaxy SVoice, Data, WiFi or all 3?
Pop out the SIM & Reinsert the SIM (power off first).
Open the Samsung Members app & Click on Support & run the Diagnostics for the SIM, Mobile Networks & WiFi.. see you get any error messages?

Galaxy SSounds like it might be the SIM card itself. Get a new one from your Carrier. The other possibility is that it is the SIM card reader in the device, which would be more of a problem to fix. You would need to visit a Samsung Service Centre to get it checked out by a tech, if a new SIM card doesn't resolve the issue for you.
