Galaxy SNormally, when you see "Optimizations", that means that there's an OS Update. So I would think that it will be One UI V6.1.1, but as with the S24 series, it will still appear as One UI V6.1... but with much of the same updates as One UI V6.1.1.. The reason why, is that the VX.1.1 OS is designed for the Flip /Fold & Tablets, which have a different form factor.

Galaxy SYes, most, but not all.
I don't personally remember when any devices, other than the Flip / Fold & Tablets ever received the VX.1.1 OS Updates.
The displays of the Flip / Fold and Tablets are obviously different from the traditional "Bar" style devices, which is why I believe that previously the VX.1.1 OS Update were only available for them.
Samsung's enthusiasm for A.I. is probably part of their thinking with encouraging people to believe that they getting One UI V6.1.1 in it's entirety.

Galaxy SI'm still puzzled by this
Also, why do you think it's not 6.1.1? Can you even name one difference the S devices aren't getting with this update? Because I believe it's false

Galaxy SWell, even Samsung is calling the Update for the S24 series "6.1".

Yeah I agree, I don't see why Samsung is bothering with 6.1(.1?) for the S24 series especially, and to a lesser degree with the S23 series.. One UI V7.0 is likely to be available near the end of October.

Galaxy SThat's because 6.1.1 has the foldables-only features that are intended for larger displays. the S doesn't need those but still have all the new AI features
