I can't even get a proper replacement from the Samsung store, i have to buy from Amazon, Samsung needs to pay attention to replacement & spare parts, the Samsung stores don't always have the parts required or just don't want to order them, i find that Samsung is getting lazy, i rebuild used phones & Samsung is my biggest seller & biggest headache, every time i need a part it's a fight with Samsung forO.E.M part's, constantly need to find used phones for parts, thanks alot Samsung, i am going to remember this, i will be telling my clients, Samsung is trash & not worth fixing, just buy a new one that's what the company wants, they don't care about Loyal customers just there money, now i see why other repair shops don't want to touch em,
SAMSUNG you need to change your ways before we repair folks decide to gagn up on you & have you loose a fortune, if we can't make money fixing your devices then why should we let you continue on the open market,
Tell H.Q south korea , need part's of all sorts on open market or loose the market to the competition that offer to sell parts, A.K.A APPLE

It really needs to, how can a company stay alive if it can't supply its people with what they need, they need to pay attention to supply & demand & not just using Samsung stores or amazon. Sometimes it's best to go directly to the source of fabrication to get what you need. It's like having a car that's past it's warranty & you want to parts to fix it but no one wants to supply it & the manufacturer dosent want to deal with you because you don't order a boatload of parts for it. 🤦
