S23 Ultra Update

So, it's now Oct 10, and S23 Ultra still hasn't gotten the 6.1.1 update in Canada or any security updates since July. I see that the S24 Line has gotten the Oct security update recently. I think its more than fair to ask and to be given a solid answer: When will we receive these critical updates for our devices that are worth over $1000? Is our hard earned money not valuable to Samsung anymore?

No clue. I saw on reddit that they issued a fix for the camera issues that delayed the 6.1.1 update, but that will probably take another 2 months to come on canada 😂. Personally I'll be probably switching to the iPhone 18 or 19 when that comes out, cause samsung just forgets their previous models exist once the new ones come out, and is unable to release updates at the same time for all S series devices. Meanwhile the iPhone is becoming more like Android, playing the full ps5 version of assassin's creed on a phone just looks cool, and a nice showcase of performance.

They haven't forgotten previous models as the S22 series is clearly getting the updates. Samsung Canada has messed up big time.

As far as I am concerned, there is NO legitimate reason why the S23 Ultra is STILL on the July 1st Security Patch! 

It is inexplicable why Samsung Canada hasn't at least pushed the September Security Patch OTA! 

The Camera issue with One UI V6.1.1 is relatively minor, and is only an issue with specific focusing.. 

I DO NOT CARE ABOUT One UI V6.1.1..!!!!! 

I like almost EVERYONE ELSE.. Do CARE about my device's SECURITY.. Aside from personal information, we also use our phones for Banking & other sensitive transactions. 

Platitudes from Samsung's Moderators are NOT acceptable! 

Samsung Canada ITSELF NEEDS to communicate what the HE** is going on! 😡 

Not only is the US version, with IDENTICAL hardware running One UI V6.1.1, but they have already had a subsequent Security Patch OTA!!! 

It's the SAME DA*N HARDWARE!

Just give us the update already. Every other country has got at least security updates if not UI 6.1.1. There is no excuse from the second largest cell phone maker in the WORLD for this to continue.
