I placed my pre-order on Jan 19th, my receipt said I would get it on Jan 25th.. I contacted customer service yesterday and was basically told to wait with no estimate of when I should get my phone. Has anyone who ordered on the 19th received their phone? I would not be so disappointed if they did not give a delivery date. Why give an early delivery date if you cannot fulfill?

I know that several people have posted that they received their devices, and several days ago, but I think that most of them ordered on the 17th?

Custom colours or 1TB Storage can result in a longer wait, but my understanding is that you would have been notified when you ordered?

Thank you. I saw those posts as well. I did order an online only color but when I ordered online it said Jan 25th delivery. My receipt also said I would get it Jan 25th. Hopefully it will ship soon.

Hi, thanks for letting me know. I spent almost 2 hours trying to chat with customer service on the 29th. They asked the regular questions to pull up my order then I was put on hold, then disconnected a couple of times. I was finally able to get someone to stay on the chat with me. She said due to high demand they are having a stock issue and I will get a tracking number when it ships. She could not even provide an estimated shipping date.

Even I'm facing same issue. My delivery date was 25th and no update after that. Yesterday when I contacted with Samsung chat they told about stock and later I got email saying delivery has been delayed till Feb 15. This is very much disappointing with a brand Samsung. Why promising something which is not fulfilled. 

Moveover support has no clue on what to answer about delay. Even their first come first serve theory goes wrong. They just don't honor their words or don't care about users. They just keep repeating same messages about overwhelming demand and delivery team is working hard to resolve the situation, blah blah with nothing exact information. Being with Samsung for so many years it feels very disappointing. 

Customer service and delivery are two main problems which samsung as to address to improve first.

i dont see the point of preordering in that case other than the discount, even bestbuy have them in stock now ! you would think they would prioritize orders put directly through Samsung at least! bummer

Apart from memory upgrade all other benefits are still running so nothing major with pre-order. Samsung website order is a bummer. They won't even care the users.

I did exactly on 19th and I got my phone yesterday evening after many attempts by checking with customer service representatives
