Galaxy SI know that several people have posted that they received their devices, and several days ago, but I think that most of them ordered on the 17th?
Custom colours or 1TB Storage can result in a longer wait, but my understanding is that you would have been notified when you ordered?

Galaxy SEven I'm facing same issue. My delivery date was 25th and no update after that. Yesterday when I contacted with Samsung chat they told about stock and later I got email saying delivery has been delayed till Feb 15. This is very much disappointing with a brand Samsung. Why promising something which is not fulfilled.
Moveover support has no clue on what to answer about delay. Even their first come first serve theory goes wrong. They just don't honor their words or don't care about users. They just keep repeating same messages about overwhelming demand and delivery team is working hard to resolve the situation, blah blah with nothing exact information. Being with Samsung for so many years it feels very disappointing.
Customer service and delivery are two main problems which samsung as to address to improve first.

Galaxy Si dont see the point of preordering in that case other than the discount, even bestbuy have them in stock now ! you would think they would prioritize orders put directly through Samsung at least! bummer
