Galaxy STry the following:
Open the Samsung Members app & Click on Support > Phone Diagnostics & run the Diagnostics for the SIM card. See you get any error messages?
Go to Settings & Search for "Reset" and Reset the Network Settings.
Remove & Reinsert the SIM card.
You could also contact the Carrier & ask them to Reset your Network on their end as well.
I've never had any issues with dropped calls, since the Mid 80s!
