Routines not working

Hi everyone 

I realize how insignificant this is but it is my favorite thing my s23ultra does and I am trying to fix it. 

I set a routine for specific contacts. When they would text me, instead of a white message icon on the notification bar, their picture I set on the routine would appear on the notification bar. 

This has stopped working and I am trying to figure out how to fix it without having to factory reset. 

I've cleared the cache, deleted and redid the routines, restarted the phone. Nothing has restored it to how it was.

Do you recall when it stopped working? For example, did it happen after the modes and routines app or routine+ was updated from goodlock?

I never used that routine but did you have to choose a path for the picture as well? Was that moved maybe?

Hi, Let's try resetting the settings on the device.

From settings>>General management>>Reset>>Reset settings>>Reset settings>>Tap on reset.

Performing reset settings will not delete any data, it just set the settings to default.
