Bought an S24 for US Cellular. Took it to the local corporate store, and they said the IEMI # is for an old S9 tablet! Called Samsung support...they say send everything back for a refund and we'll send a new one. I sent the phone, promotional case and screen protector all back in original packaging. Samsung said the screen protector wasn't returned and charged me for it. Very frustrating as a loyal Samsung customer who has several TVs, monitors and upgrades every 2 years. Looks like I'll be an Apple guy soon.

Some of us upgrade EVERY year, buy a whole bunch of Samsung products, don't get free screen protectors and don't complain ... Just saying.

Did you buy s24 in the US? The price in the US is cheaper than in canada , and normally, samsung us customer services are better.
