S24 Ultra - Cannot remove this pop up visual text

I have been back and forth with Samsung technical support and they cannot figure the issue so i thought i would post here and see if anyone else is experiencing this glitch or issue. 

I open whatsapp and i try and record a voice note message and there is this pop up visual text that says "Voice Note Recorder" and i cannot find out what this is or where to remove this, i checked with whatsapp and this is nothing on their end that can be modified and there is no setting in whatsApp to change this.

Samsung keeps giving me the runaraound on doing soft resets and useless options..... This is no 3rd party setting this is def a part of the software issue, 

i have done some more investigating into this and came some sort of conclusion this might be linked to the touch and hold delay settings, however there is no option within this setting to stop display of the text, you can only prolong or shorten the touch and hold setting. 

Please if anyone else has any suggestions i would greatly appreciate this.

The screen shot you posted, doesn't look like it's Samsung's Voice Recorder?

No it's not Samsung's voice recorder, but it's Samsung software that's making that extra text on the screen, it's not a 3rd party app causing the duplicate closed captioning of what I'm doing, it's Samsung glitch of some sort

I have already tried that, I'm actually technical inclined and know my way around these devices and I've build a few of my own apps, however this one's puzzling me, it's definitely something in Samsung's software causing this and I have read a few issues in regards to this and no one can figure it out.....the reason they can't figure it out is because it's programming issues in the software in s23 and s24 ultra phones

I think its coming for everyone, it usually goes away after i complete recording. If it stuck for you for ever then i would reinstall whatsapp or custom keyboard apps to check if it fixes.

It's not stuck, it goes away if i touch other areas, however it is very annoying at times, i tried reinstalling that did not help and i even cleared the cache, does not matter what keyboard is used its part of the samsung software and i hope they figure out the solution and fix this.

Yeah, it's the hint/help text box that displays to show user what icon is or truncated words. It's baked in Samsung and not third party. It's probably connected with the S Pen hover feature preview, etc.

Exactly, and the tech dept at Samsung seriously needs to go back to school and learn more. Not one of them can understand this
