We understand that your storage is almost full, and we’re here to help! Based on your screenshot, a significant amount of storage is occupied by "Other files". Here are some steps you can take to free up space:
Manage "Other Files". These typically include cached data, temporary files, and residual files from uninstalled apps. To clear them:
Go to: Settings > Battery and device care > Storage
Tap Other files and review large files for deletion
You can also try Files by Google to scan and clean up junk files.
Clear System Cache.
This will remove temporary system files without affecting personal data:
Turn off your device
Press and hold Power + Volume Up until the Samsung logo appears
Use the Volume buttons to navigate to Wipe Cache Partition
Select it using the Power button, then restart your phone.
Check and Remove Unused Files. Open My Files app and check for large downloaded files. Delete old WhatsApp media, screenshots, or duplicate files. Move important files to Samsung Cloud, Google Drive.
