S25U Pre-order delay?

I ordered the s25u 5 mins in the event, and i got an original delivery date of Feb 3rd a few hours later and said "ready to ship", it then changed to Feb 4th just a day later and stayed on that for a bit and now today it got delayed again to Feb 5th?? 

Did anybody else's order get pushed back for some odd reason?

I had something similar with my order from Rogers.. Initially 2 to 5 days.. a couple of hours later & backordered.. 

I spoke with Rogers & higher demand than expected was the reason.. Seems to be a theme..

Samsung is known to screw up pre orders. It's pretty much consistent. Hopefully, Samsung.com doesn't start saying anything past the 7th...

Mine says the 5th as well... Interesting enough if you go on the shop website and go to order it it says starts shipping February 3rd. So who knows.

They probably forgot to update that, i think that happened before with pre orders in the past. But I'm glad I'm not alone on it being delayed.

I wouldn't worry yet honestly. Having went through some of the posts in this forum and also talking to some customer service reps, they keep saying that there are glitches in their system lol. Guess with all that money, they still can't hire enough IT people to manage their website correctly.

Mine was also showing Feb 3rd... then 4th... and now 5th.

But if you look at the wording on the order page, it says shipping from Feb 3rd.

And our order tracking page says get it by Feb 5th.

So if you think logically, it could still ship on Feb 3rd and depending on where you are, you could receive it by Feb 5th.

Hopefully that's the case and it doesn't go later.

I also ordered a Galaxy ring separately cause I got an amazing deal on it (almost 50% off so I took it, granted they still have to manually adjust it) and the date keeps jumping between Jan 27th and Jan 28th everytime I open my order page lol

I hope it's just a glitch or maybe they forgot to update the start shipping date on the order page idk, I'll be disappointed if it ends up being delayed past the 7th.

If you type in your order ID on Purolator it'll show up that there's been a label created. I wouldn't put much stock in the dates though.

Strange that they aren't using FedEx this time, but purolator found a label created today, FedEx nothing showed

Don't count on dates. On my last phone....Approved to ship took 2 days, Preparing to ship took another 3 days. Strange how such a small box takes so long to prepare.
