S8+ oreo update

waiting impatiently for the oreo update for the galaxy s8+ snapdragon varient. Does anyone have an idea about when is it going to roll out ?

I would say in the next couple of weeks with the S9 debut which has Oreo pre installed

Yup hoping - It would be awesome if Samsung pushed Android 8.1 instead of 8.0 as there's a number of subtle improvements over 8.0 🤞 🐧

It'll be later than sooner as it has to go through the carriers, and the carriers will do their own tests.

But expect a Samsung person to post up how they are working hard on getting it out...

Well if the Carriers don't push Oreo before the S9+ is available from them... I'm pretty sure that I'll just get the S9+ with Oreo already running on it 🤔🐧

Have Samsung phone since s3 but I'm done. Will switch to iPhone because the waiting time is ridiculous 😉
