I am wondering if anyone else is having an issue while on a voice call on their S8. Everytime I am on a voice call no matter where I am the person on the other end keeps saying I'm cutting out. I contacted my provider they reset the network. Didn't help now they want me to send it in for repairs. I have had this phone for a month. Not really interested in going without a phone for 2-3 weeks. If anyone else had this issue and has a solution please let me know!!

I have ran into the same issue on other phones it had to do with the skin or case I had blocking the area for noise cancellation. if you have a case or skin remove it and try again

Hi .
I had the issue and i did a factory reset form the screen logon and it fixed the issue. do not use the regular phone reset inside your settings

Hi @Niki, just wondering if you were able to resolve this issue? If not, yet another suggestion is to go into your Samsung Members app, tap the diagnostic tab, and then test the hardware in order to see if there's anything wrong with the actual mic on your device. From this you'll be able to see the problem and can bring it into your local service location to get it fixed, if applicable.
