Hello,

I ordered the S9 two times both times ordered was cancelled via email with no reason given.

1st time cancellation- called the customer service was told to verify banking information and order again

2nd time cancellation - double checked banking information before ordering. Called customer service after receiving order cancel notification the next day. CS rep had no idea why it got canceled but said he will escalate and get back to be with a response in 3 business days. 10 says passed since no answer.

Is this kind of customer service usual with Samsung? Any other channel where I can find out why my orders are being cancelled?

Only thing I can think of is if you're paying by credit and they go to pre-authorize the payment and it's over your daily sending limit it'll probably get cancelled as NSF. We do credit purchases, checks, charge backs daily and that is the only thing I csn think of. Hopefully they'll get you your new phone and fast!

Pre-authorization goes through and I see a pending charge on my credit card. But the next day I receive a cancellation email with no reasons!
