Hello,

I'm a first time samsung buyer. So thinking to buy care+ premium for S25 Ultra. If anyone ever had it can you share your experience with loss and theft and mechanical breakdown or replacement process. Coz i was checking online its bit complicated as compared to apple care. Please let me know.

You can make two claims per year and you have to pay a fee for a claim.

Just choose one of the online or offline options provided in the link given below. Samsung Care+ Premium protection begins on the date you purchase the Plan and ends the earlier of 24 months from the Device Purchase Date.
