Hello everyone!
I just bought S25 Ultra with premium samsung care+. Do i have to activate it? Or it is automatically activated since it is bought together?

It should be automatically activated but after a bit of time check that it is by going to support in the Samsung members app and scrolling down to find it in the list

It doesn't show on the members app for s25 series for some reason, but it does show inside the settings app and when you check on the website too

Possibly they changed things then but it used to show there🤔

Must've changed as my old s23u did show it but nobody has got it to show on their new s25u

Now, i dont know what to beleive, i have recently sent an email to the customer support and he said it need to be manually activate. But i asked him where in samsung members app cause i cannot find it. Im still waiting fir his reply.

I have the same Issue. In settings under the about phone it says not covered for Samsung care + even though I purchased it.

As mentioned before, it's under About Phone now. I imagine you'll want to check your Samsung account is tied to it through the website that tab takes you to.1742000675960.jpg
