Samsung Email app - All Accounts View

I have multiple email accounts set up in the email app.  Whenever I use the app, I use the All Accounts view (combined inbox). However,  wherever I click on a notification to see an email, the next time I launch the app,  it takes me to the specific inbox of the email I previously openned by clicking on the the notification. 
How can I get the app to always launch into the All Accounts view. This is very annoying.

Hi artob, Go in to Email app >> Click on 3 lines on top left >> Tick All accounts. Also we suggest you to please check if both Email app and your device is updated.

All Accounts is already ticked. App is up to date. This is not a new problem. It has been there for at least a year. The app seems to always open in the last used view. Problem with that is - when you click a notification to open an email, it takes you to the specific account view, thus setting that specific account as the last one used. This should be so easy to replicate. Others have also reported it.

BTW, when you open an email via a notification, the tick actually moves to the account of the email you accessed from the notification

Hi, we request you to generate error report by following below steps.

Tap and hold on samsung Members Icon and tap on Error report >> select the category from the below >> Describe the issue and check the option "send system log data" then send.

I have the same problem. It's very annoying. Just open the all accounts every time and not go back to the account that you open the last email in

New phone with latest version of the email app, and still nothing. Does anyone at Samsung read these.
