I've been having difficulties with Samsung Financing for over a month both are different entities. They do not work with each other and they do not have options to view from one account to another. I pay samsung financing and they pay samsung care plus. However, samsung financing says they paid samsung care plus and for some odd reason samsung care plus says they do not have any payment from them. They keep sending me from one provider to another with NO SOLUTION. I will never again pay samsung care plus or have samsung financing. This makes me switch to becoming an Iphone user after so long being an andriod user smh. This is disgusting from Samsung.
