Galaxy S
Hello,
I have an S20 Ultra; recently, I noticed that many other phone manufacturers are including an extensive range of network band availability so people can bring their device with them for either travel or business trips. How come Samsung isn't? It isn't very pleasant when you arrive at a destination, get a local sim card and find out that, oops, your phone isn't useful anymore because it's locked to one country service, or extremely downgraded the quality.

Phones are unlocked in canada its the law they will work in other countries. What countries are you referring to that arent supported lte band# wise, there is a wide range even when compared to the iPhone for example. There's even a guide on how to enable other bands if the Snapdragon chip can support it tbh
