In my opinion, samsung notes app is better than one note or other apps on galaxy tab s3. However it needs many improvements to use by all people. I don't know why samsung or microsoft do not try to improve their android apps for writing. There is an app named LectureNotes which is better than those big company apps. I suggest to look at that app and learn.
Samsung notes improvement: adding a key to turn off return and home keys during writing adding more facilities such as page color, different categories and pages like onenote adding morenexport features like export as jpg more flexibility for pen size adding page size A4, letter, and so on also adding printing features. output pdf size can not be determined after finishing a note writing adding autosave fonts are limited to 5 fonts, needs to add fonts
If you combine onenote windows version features with lecturenote and samsung notes, then the output would be a universal app for every body.
Its interesting that samsung does not care about galaxy tab s3 and here there is no forum for tab devices. I had to select s9.
