Samsung Plus is a Scam

I enrolled with Samsung plus and pay a fee thinking that all repairs were covered, this was based on your customers service advise. After thinking very deeply and seeking for advise I realized that the enrollment is a total scam, Its not only provide mislead or unacquire information but also starts at the same time as your Samsung guarantee. I am deeply upset about the scam and the poor service provided, more because I got my phone directly from the website thinking that Samsung was a reliable company. Sadly from now on nor me or my family members are going to ever acquired a Samsung product ever again. I'm done with the phones so as soon as my S20 is gone I wont be ever buying or getting anything from Samsung again. Its truly disappointing that I was scammed by such a company but what can I tell, 15 years using the branch and now I am dropping for good and advising people from now on to give a try to other more reliable and trust worthy branches. Even iPhone at this point is better than a company of scammer such as yours.

Not trying to be a **bleep**. I truly feel for you, but if the S20 you have is the Ultra with 512GB and an audio jack then I'd be willing to make you an offer to buy it. Would free you up to take advantage of the new products due out 1st Q 2022. I would be willing to wait until then to take possession.

To explain...
My offer is sincere. I too am less interested with Samsung now. 1. No headphone(audio) jack - I listen to FLAC not mp3 and plug into a portable spkr plus BT can't handle the bandwidth, 2. no internal expandable storage requiring a bulkier flash drive and dongle OTG setup, and 3. those darn curved edges that make it impossible for an aftermarket case to protect the screen, and the Lifeproof one that does, causes overheating. It would be my last Sambung product as well. The Sharp Aquos R6 seems great but I'm in Canada and there's very little coverage for the bands that it uses for 4g/LTE and no 5g compatibility.

I know how you feel. Samsung pulled a fast one on me too. They were unwilling to replace my Note 9 when it was under warranty after two unsuccessful repair attempts. They wanted me to keep playing the totally inconvenient repair game, which their own authorized repair shops told me was useless. I wasn't having it. There's only so much time and effort a customer has time to waste. I sold the Note and went with OnePlus. Their 7 Pro was such a great phone! Anyway, if I were you, I'd get the Pixel 6 Pro. I am actually gonna sell the s20 and stop using Samsung at all. the company used to be good but this is what happens when they over growth. Definetly going for Pixel or a more reliable company cos anything is better than Samsung trash

I didn't mean to imply that Samsung produces trash. In fact, after my OnePlus device, I got the Note20 Ultra, which I've had for a year. I missed the form factor, s-pen, and micro-sd support. It's the best device I've ever had or received the most pleasure from. The problem with Samsung is its customer support, which, when compared to Apple, **bleep** **bleep**. It's hit or miss. In our case, it was a complete miss. I've heard the same about OnePlus support, by the way. In any case, I just pray that my current Note continues to function as flawlessly as it has (knocking on wood).

I buy Samsung care, and just used (unfortunately) a week ish ago on my Note 20 ultra and has no issues , they replaced my screen and it was a quick turnaround. Mind you I wish they had it where I could put a hold on my CC and they send me a device first before sending my old device back that way I wouldn't be without a phone. But overall it was a good experience

When I bought my S21U earlier this year I do a quick research about Samsung Plus. It's basically a scam. There are tons of post about it on different forums. I have also heard you can get your phone covered under personal property rider in some home insurance policies.
