Do you have a wireless charger??

That would be your cheapest way of fixing your charging problem unless your phone is still under warranty in which case you should take it for service.

Hi manuel_chacon,

There are several reasons why your device might not charge, and most can be fixed without any extra support. The most common reasons for a device failing to charge are:
Faulty cable, charger, socket, or adapter
-Dirt or debris in the charging port
-Third-party apps interrupting the charging
-The software update is required
-It is recommended to keep the device software to the latest version.
Follow the below steps:
- Use an official charger
- Check for damage
- Try a new cable
- Try a different power source
- Clean the charging port(Try gently blowing into the charging port to remove dust and debris.
Please note: Do not insert any object into the charging port. This can result in damage to the charging port.)
- Check for water and moisture.

- Try with the different chargers and try the connector with different devices and check.

- Also, try with the wireless charger if available.

You could also try performing a soft reboot. Hold the Power and Volume Down keys.
Get back to us with the result.

That's a great answer @Halston 👍
I love how you always give lots of detail ✌️

I would just move the

"-Check for water and moisture"

And

"- Clean the charging port(Try gently blowing into the charging port to remove dust and debris.
Please note: Do not insert any object into the charging port. This can result in damage to the charging port.)"

To the 3rd and 4th spot under

"-Check for damage"

Then move

"-Use an official charger"

Below those

Bc if the port is mucked up
It doesn't matter what chargers/ cables or power source your using 🤷
