Galaxy SOpen the Camera & Settings >Click on Reset.
You can also go to Settings > Apps & Search for the Camera > Scroll down to Storage & Clear BOTH Cache & Data for the camera.
Reboot & test.
You could also Open the Samsung Members & Click on Support > Diagnostics & View Tests, Click on the Camera Icon & run the test. See if you get any error messages?
Boot into Recovery & Wipe Cache. Test
If you're still getting errors, you can Backup with Smart Switch & Factory Reset.
If you still have a problem, visit a Samsung Service center
