7 days after returning to civilization, and wifi, several hundred photos just dissappeared from S23 Ultra Gallery.
I've checked trash, and looked in files, have done many of the things recommended by others to no avail. Some of the photos are in Google, but still all between Aug 9th to 14th. I have checked for .nomedia files, cleared the cache... I've cried. All those once in a lifetime trip photos...gone. Is there anything I haven't done, any suggestions please?

Hi ajsbdeurhbfjffjgngng,

We are very sorry to hear this issue from you. It sounds frustrating to lose photos like that.

If you were using Samsung Cloud for backups, there might be a chance your photos are stored there. Visit the Samsung Cloud website or app to check.

Look for hidden folders. Some apps or systems might have hidden folders where photos can be stored. Use a file explorer to check for any hidden folders.

Please restart the device. This will refresh the device, and address any temporary software issues that might be a contributing factor.

Has anyone had problems with calls being dropped, not able to leave messages, calls not coming through, not ringing, loosing internet are just a few of the problems I've experienced over the past year. I had 2 phones during that time and both were peppered with different problems. Now the warrenty is done and I still have a faulty phone.
I've been a faithful Samsung customer the whole time I've had a cell phones.
Is there anyone whose had similar problems.?
