Hello, I recently switched to s25 Ultra. Since then I'm having issues with the interface between Galaxy watch 6 and the phone. The watch doesn't go into sleep mode when phone goes into sleep though settings show on and sleep symbol also appears in watch. Rebooted both few times still same issue. Also noticed that some apps notification is missing though it's been set as on. Any advise?

Hi BobbyAB,

Thank you for reaching out. We understand how important it is for your Galaxy Watch6 to sync properly with your new Galaxy S25 Ultra, and we'd be happy to assist.

Verify Sleep Mode Settings: On your Galaxy Watch6, navigate to Settings > Modes and Routines > Sleep and ensure Sync with Phone is enabled.

On your Galaxy S25 Ultra, go to Modes and Routines > Sleep Mode and check if your watch is listed under Connected Devices. If enabled, try toggling Sync with Phone off and back on.

Restart & Reconnect: Restart both your phone and watch. If the issue persists, try unpairing and re-pairing your watch via the Galaxy Wearable app.

Check Notification Settings: On your Galaxy Watch6, go to Settings > Notifications > App Notifications and ensure the apps in question have notifications enabled. On your phone, open the Galaxy Wearable app, go to Watch Settings > Notifications, and set "Show phone notifications on watch" to Always.

Ensure both your watch and phone are running the latest software versions. You can check under Settings > Software Update on both devices.

If the issue persists, try resetting the watch via Galaxy Wearable app > Watch settings > General > Reset and set it up again.

You may also uninstall and reinstall the Galaxy Wearable app and Galaxy Watch Plugin on your phone.

If you continue to experience issues, we recommend submitting a bug report via the Samsung Members app under Support > Send Feedback > Error Reports for further analysis.

Did you transfer the watch to new phone directly?

Or did you reset watch?

I have noticed several times that when I used the transfer to new watch, some things go haywire.

So I just end up resetting the watch, connect it and then restore from back up.
