When I take a screen shot while looking at all my apps it glitches out same with when I open a app.

I don't know if it's my phone or its samsung.

When I open a app or turn my phone off it glitches out on the side it doesn't get slow or anything it just is a little annoying its not a big deal.

Oh I fixed it I restarted my phone and its all good thanks for the help!

There is a setting on my device that auto restarts my phone, I can't find it, maybe someone else can help if your device has the same setting somewhere 🤷
Letting it auto restart avoids silly issues like this 🙊🙈🙉
