ScreenOff Memo Not Working

I have been having some problems with Screen Off memos on S23 Ultra.

The phone recognizes that I remove the SPen and vibrates but doesn't turn on the screen of memo. Yes it is turned on in the settings. Tried toggling it on and off and still no results.

Have you tried clear data and cache for Samsung Note app?

Yes. Still nothing. I'm wondering if it has to do anything with the case? 🤔 which it shouldn't be...

Did you press the S-pen button and tap the screen?

That's no need. Once you remove the SPen from thw slot, screen off memo will start.

I know but that's the instruction you typically get, wanted to establish if it works that way

@Deevvv - from your previous posts, there is a strange problem that cannot resolve, like the eye comfort shield slider missing. Now the screen off memo not coming up. Have you thinking about do a factory reset? This should fixed all of these problems.

I think the slider thing is software update or something? As it can only be confirmed by another s23 ultra with updates software...
The screen of memo works now. It just stops randomly idk why tho.

And I don't wanna factory reset 😩 as I made so many modifications to my phone after receiving it

Not a problem. I can feel the pain when doing factory reset.

The thing I noticed is the screen off memo only pops up if the screen is actually all the way off, not if the phone's lift to wake has brought it to the lock screen. Possibly that?
