SETTING UP EMAIL

Hi, I'm just about done setting up my Galaxy S23 Ultra. The one thing that hasn't gone well ... I can't get my email onto this phone.

I use Outlook & Gmail, & Google is my browser. Actually, I don't really use Gmail, I just have it as an empty linked account. All of my emailing is done on Outlook.

What do l have to do to get Outlook & my email history set up & working on my new phone??

Also, how do I get the S-pen writing pad permanently anchored to the bottom of the screen?

You can add outlook account to the mail app or you can download outlook to log in. Best to use the given service app, as you can use the features for which you prefer one specific service.
What writing S-Pen pad are you referring to?
As you can write with S-Pen without any pad. Or you may change your keyboard to writing pad while writing that's available as "handwriting".

Hi, please try to force close and reopen the app. This makes Outlook close all its operations and start from a fresh state.

That really helps fix minor issues with the app. You don't lose any data when you force close and reopen Outlook on your phone.

Also, are you referring to any S-Pen pad on the S23 Ultra?
