Email notifications sound settings

I've checked all the notifications, sound settings, and sound settings, and for some reason, the Samsung S22+ Galaxy Smartphone sound settings aren't working on emails (Samsung email app). Thanks

Well, yes.. and really the only part that I had intended to copy and paste was this:

"Please back to us if you require any further assistance in the future......"

With focus on the:

a) Poor grammar, "Please back to us", what does that even mean? 

b) "get back to us", like they had anything to do with most useful answers.
