Hi all.
I use a galaxy S20, running Android 10 and One UI 2.5.
I've noticed a somewhat annoying feature in my phone.. i need to keep my phone silent for most of the day, so many nights I sleep with my phone silent. But i've noticed when the phone is silent, all alarms become silent too!!! This caused me to wakeup late several time and even miss classes! Is there any way to make alarms go off regardless of phone being silent or not?
Thanks!

Make your phone remove silent mode before your alarm time 😄

Hi M3hrb0d,
Please follow the below steps when the phone is in silent mode and check if it works.
To make sure you can hear the alarm, you need to turn the alarm sound on when you create your alarm.
Open the Clock app> Tap "Alarm" at the bottom of the screen. On the Alarm tab, tap the alarm that you want to edit or tap the plus at the top right of the screen to create a new alarm.
Then Set the time you want the alarm to sound, make sure to choose "AM" or "PM" so it doesn't go off at the wrong time of day. Next, Tap the days you want the alarm to go off. If you don't choose a day, it will go off when the next time you set occurs.
Then, To make the alarm audible, regardless of the phone's sound mode, turn on "Alarm sound" by swiping the button to the right. To change the sound that the alarm makes, tap "Alarm sound" and, on the Alarm sound page, select the ringtone you want to hear. At the bottom of this page, specify the volume you want the alarm to sound at. Finally, Tap Save at end of the alarm.

Hey M3hrb0d,
Make sure that you set the alarm volume loud enough to be heard by you. An Alarm has its own volume control that is totally independent of the other settings of the device.
Please follow the steps from the below link: https://www.samsung.com/ca/support/mobile-devices/galaxy-a5-2017-how-do-i-set-alarms-on-my-samsung-g...

Can you setup Bixby Routine for your alarm schedule?

Like If time (7am), then turn on sound. If leaving home (GPS location) or if 8am, then turn off sound.

Something like that, will this work for you?
