Galaxy S
Samsung should possibly look into software support & be able to have a technician have access to the app's via smart tutor to be certain that everything checks out & rule out possible glitches or software errors that may occur. Sometimes factory reset isn't a option & going to the service center can be a hassle,
So before really having to do all of that, theu could remotely look into what's going on. I offered the suggestion, we will see if it's going to make its way into their services or not, but it would be a good thing.
If there can fix the issue remotely instead of having to send the customer to the service center or having to do a factory reset. It would be great.

Galaxy SHi pirattemobille,
Thank you for sharing your valuable feedback. We agree that enabling remote diagnosis by a technician, without requiring the device to be sent to a service center, would be a highly beneficial approach.
We appreciate your suggestion and will forward it to the relevant team for further consideration and evaluation. Your input is important to us as we continue to improve our services.
