Hi @WassimDaas,

Please share the screenshot as mentioned by @CHMultimedia, and share the model number of your device. Also, check that device have an active internet (WIFI) connection while downloading the updates. To check for updates follow the below steps:

Open Settings >> About device >> Software update >> Update now/Download and install.

You can also download the updates using the Samsung Smart Switch.

Note: It is highly recommended to be connected to a stable Wi-Fi network. Downloading via mobile networks may result in additional charges. Please ensure that your Mobile device has enough storage space before performing a Software Update.

I want update to version 7.0 but i can't

Hey @WassimDaas, it looks like your device already has the latest update.

It seems for the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, Android 5.0.2 is only the last Android version update.

But my brother update his galaxy S6 to 7.0
