Does anyone know when the next security software update is released for the Samsung Galaxy S23? My security patch level is from September 1, 2023.

Shouldn't there be one for October?

FYI - I have a tab s6lite and my security patch is August 2023. I've never seen anything to indicate how often security parches are updated. However, One UI version 5.1.1 update downloaded today.

If you're still getting Android version updates, you should be getting monthly Security Patch Updates. 

Are you in Canada with a Canadian device?

Yes, but wifi only; eastlink is my wifi provider. Also, they don't provide any update schedule. If I recall, my security updates seem to come about every 3 or 4 months. I'm looking for my list of update history to confirm.

About once a month I do check to see if there are any updates.

The Tab S7s were put on quarterly updates last year so TAb S6lite would be the same or less

Samsung doesn't provide updates for tablets nearly as long as phones

Just received the latest November security update. Sadly, my tab S6 Lite (from 2020) is no longer eligible for the major updates One UI6 and OS 14,

My new Tab S9+ is still at a Aug2023 Security Update. Seems this part of updates froze in the last 3 months. Again Canadian device WIFI only.

You are not alone as all the rest of us with the Tab S9s are in the same boat and likely other Tab devices.

Not nearly as bad as my Watch 6 Classic that is still on June update

I think they are likely concentrating on getting the One UI 6 update ready for release and everything else is on pause at the moment
