SoundAssistant is an app by Samsung that allows you to precisely change the volume on your device. It also has a handy dandy feature to change media volume instead of ringtone when you press Up/Down Volume buttons. It removes the hassle of opening the drop down menu to change media volume.
When you press Volume Up/Down, there is a small "bubble" that appears and is moveable around the screen.
Some other good features are that you can independently change the volume levels of every app. If you're playing a game and also want to play your own music in the background, you can turn down the volume of your game while your music's volume stays it's volume level.
Overall I am very happy with how useful the app is. I can definetly see myself using it on a future Samsung device, and maybe Samsung can make it a built-in feature.
