Hi guys I want to let you know about the solution if you want to have Mac safe and not effect your functionality. I have few solutions for you.
1. Get a thick Mac safe case, the further away the magnet is from your phone the less it effects your device, so get a slightly thick case don't buy slim Mac safe case.
2. If you love Mac safe so much but are a digital artist, I honestly take off my Mac safe accessory because while using the spen I would want a flat surface anyway, I use ESR mac safe stand and I'm using samsung official ultra frame case with my s23 ultra and my spen isn't effect.
3. U may know that even without a case the s23 ultra is magnetic but I wouldn't recommend you to rely on it because it's very week and ofcourse will effect the spen since it's directly attached to your phone.
4. This 4ᵗʰ on the list it's necessarily related to the spen but if your buying a the Mac safe case online make sure to see the Mac safe ring placement it should be ½" below the parascope lens because alot of Mac safe case has the ring to close to the camera so know it's not only interfering with spen but also your cameras and all Mac safe accessories may not work because of the camera bump and also watch out for the camera cutout some of them have a very raised bumppy camera cutout which gives great camera protection but the bump may interfere with your Mac safe accesories.
5. The Mac safe accesories u should avoid buying is a Mac safe charger because that might degrade your battery faster because 1ˢᵗ of all Magnets isn't good for battery and wireless charging taking more energy from the phone and it interferes more with the EMD.
6. Make sure not to buy a mag safe case with way to strong magnets because not only the spen will be effected but getting a magnet too strong may kill your battery very fast, and your touch layer might not work properly if the magnet is too strong and might your phones freeze up more often as well.
The best solution in this case is buy a thicker case and u can always buy Mac safe rings and attach it to any case because the further away the magnet is the better the phone will funtion and will allow u to have any Mac sage accoesries and strong magnet won't impact your phone if it's like 4-6㎜ away from the phone.
Mag safe cases will effect the SPEN. It's a known thing. Also I can see how it would also effect the camera Atwell because that also uses magnetics as well.
