Hi as a few of you may remember that my messages come in stacked. I factory reset the phone over 15 times last night as it wasn't updating the security patch. I finally got the phone to update but my messages are still stacked. Any help?
You're saying that your messages are appearing in the incorrect order right? If that's the case then I really don't think that it's a Samsung issue - I've got several Samsung devices & all of the text messages are appearing in chronological order - I'm with Rogers but I'm pretty sure that it's a Network Time problem & Factory Resetting isn't going to fix it - A Network Reset might - Your device is set to use Network Time & Date? If so - Toggle it off & on - Reboot and see if it's resolved.... 🤞🐧
