hey everyone! I really hope that someone here  is able top give me some guidance - I am so SICK of being without my S10, which was stolen from me in the first week of August! I believe that it was taken from a store that I was at, up at the till when I set it down for 30 seconds to just take my wallet out of my purse. I noticed that the guy behind me, who had a lot of items, he left quite abruptly and i feel like maybe he was the culprit...

ANYWAYS, I am STILL signed in with my samsung account - however, the Sim card that I had been using is no longer in the device, and I am having quite the hard time explaining to the provider - which also happens to be the provider of the thief too - that my phone number that I was using with them, has not been in use since the theft, and for some reason they claim they cannot help me to blacklist the device. Another thing that I have noticed...

when I attempt to locate the device using the samsung find my phone - I am unable to get a location, and am met with a message that says that it is pending? BUT when I use the google find my device app/website to get the location, IT WORKS, but I do not get the option to add a passcode to the phone, or anything else...

WHAT CAN I DO TO HAVE THE DEVICE BLACKLISTED! I have offered a reward to this jerk, and have constantly been annoying the hell out of him whenever the chance is there (sending the sound notification, and keeping that up regardless of his attempts to silence the alarm, and adding messages to get him to contact me *spineless, has not bothered to call at all!* )

any help is appreciated greatly, cheers!

hmm, if you bought it from a network carrier, they might help you blacklist your phone... im not sure though.

Hi Gnessa, sorry to hear that you lost your phone. All you need to do is obtain your IMEI numbers on your S10 box. Call your carrier and give the IMEI numbers to your carrier. They can blacklist your stolen phone.

contact your carrier right away, they should have your IMEI number on your account

Your carrier should be able to report it stolen and blacklist your s10. If the store rep refuse to help you, he is not doing their job.
