Une bonne façon  de régler plusieurs problèmes est de nettoyer les fichiers cache de l'appareil (wipe cache partition )..puisque tu n as  pas spécifié quel appareil tu utilises, je te suggère de regarder ce post  pour savoir comment procéder..
