I've been having touch screen issues with my Galaxy s20. I would tap a area on the screen to make a selection and it would make the screen scroll up or down. If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this problem let me know.
Hi, If you attach a screen protector or optional accessories to the touchscreen, the touchscreen may not function properly. Also, small stickers such as security labels may affect the touch sensitivity. Please check the touch function after removing the attachment. If the attachment is removed and your device operates properly, it's not a device defect.
