Trade in assessment taking long

Purchased a S25 Ultra with trading in my iPhone 13 Pro Max and Iam facing issues with my trade in assessment delay. My trade in device was received on Feb 19th and after 10 business days still no update or email on the assessment completion. The initial mail mentioned your trade in will take 5-10 business days. Last time when I purchased my S23 Ultra, the trade in assessment was completed in 5/6 business days. Not sure why it is taking so long this time. 
Called phone support and they suggested to wait till the email is sent. Not sure what kind of assessment is being done for last 10/11 days when it shouldn't take more than 1 hrs. Any suggestions from anyone ?

It took a while for my trade-in assessment. I received my new phone the first day they were available and sent in my trade-in the same day..

Thanks for sharing your experience. I also did the same thing. Sent my trade in immediately after receiving the new phone. Is your trade is assessment completed ? How long did it take ?

I would suggest login to your trade in offer and check the details there sometimes they dont send you the email if you havent pre accepted the offer. Happened with my friend also if they find the difference in quality after receiving the device. So login there and check

Yes, I have checked there. It just say it's in assessment and status is showing as Delivered. Could not find any update there. Also didn't find any email after I received the confirmation that they have received the trade in device and they will update after the assessment is done.

Then i would say wait till monday if you don't receive the update by monday you can email samsung at the CEO or the shop escalation email and they will look into it and probably within 48 hours you will have an update

Thanks all for your help / support and suggestions. I have received the trade in completion email Today Morning and everything is good and as expected.
